Your coach will take time to get to know you and your fitness and nutrition history. You will work together to set a goal that truly inspires you. This program is all about you and meeting you where you are. You are unique and your program should reflect that.
Your coach will check in weekly (you choose text, email, phone call) to make sure you are staying on track as well as to make adjustments to your fitness and nutrition programs as needed.
FITNESS PROGRAM DESIGN
A certified fitness program design specialist will create an individualized program that will help you achieve your goals. Having an individualized plan is entirely different from attending classes. This is all about you, your body and your goals.
Weekly group nutrition support meetings offer accountability as well as education around optimizing your nutrition for your fitness goals. The STRONGER Program will provide you with the knowledge you need to stay healthy and strong for years to come.
Choose from three nutrition options including a detailed meal plan, a nutritition journal outlining guidelines or chose our slow and steady habait based approach. A Precision Nutrition Certified Coach will help you choose the option that best suits your personality. Starting where you are and working with what you've got are important keys to nutrition success. No crazy diets or deprivation here. We've got you covered!
